KOLKATA: The Kolkata Knight Riders set a 130-run target for the Bangalore Royal Challengers in the rain-delayed match here today at the Eden Gardens.
Winning the toss and batting first, the Kolkata Knight riders scored 129 runs for seven wickets in the rain-curtailed innings of 16 overs.
Their main scorers were Michael Hussey (26) and captain Sourav Ganguly (20) while from the Bangalore Royal Challengers, Dayle Steyn was the most successful bowler taking three wickets for 27 runs.
Zaheer Khan and Praveen Kumar took one wicket each.
