JAIPUR: Shane Warne, captain Rajasthan Royals has won the toss and decided to field against Deccan Chargers in the 30 th Twenty20 match in the Indian Premier League on Friday at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.
Adam Gilchrist is again leading the Deccan Chargers in place of Venkat Sai Laxman, who is still unfit due to hand injury.
Both of Deccan's victories have come while they have been chasing, with Gilchrist leading the way, but today they will have to set a competitive target. Rajasthan, though, are fielding after their batsmen collapsed for 103.
Deccan have left out Arjun Yadav and brought in Ravi Teja.
Deccan Chargers: Adam Gilchrist (captain and wk), Herschelle Gibbs, Scott Styris, Rohit Sharma, Shahid Afridi, Venugopal Rao, Sanjay Bangar, Ravi Teja, RP Singh, P Vijaykumar, Pragyan Ojha.
Rajasthan have also made one change: Swapnil Asnodkar, the small yet aggressive opener, isn't playing which is a bit of a surprise. Maybe he isn't fit. He has been replaced by Niraj Patel.
Rajasthan Royals: Graeme Smith, Niraj Patel, Yusuf Pathan, Shane Watson, Mohammad Kaif, Ravindra Jadeja, Mahesh Rawat (wk), Shane Warne (captain), Sohail Tanvir, Siddharth Trivedi, Munaf Patel.
