
WAGAH BORDER: The heirs of a Pakistani citizen Muhammad Akram, who earlier had died in the Indian jail, have reached Wagah border for receiving their dear one’s corpse.
Geo News said that the body of Pakistani citizen Muhammad Akram, who had died in Amritsar jail, was handed over to the Pakistani officials at the border here. Muhammad Akram’s brother Muhammad Aslam having seen the body confirmed it. On the other hand, Ansar Burney Trust has filed a case in the Punjab High Court for investigations into the death of Muhammad Akram and for the payment of compensation, which would be pursued by Ranjan Lakhan Pal advocate. Rangers’ officials told that Muhammad Akram’s body would be handed over to his heirs today, following its receipt and postmortem.
