PESHAWAR: A rescue operation was underway Sunday after the Zangli checkpost bomb blast in Peshawar on Saturday.
The rescue operation was stopped immediately after it resumed on Sunday morning due to shortage of fuel supply. The owners of the vehicles demanded of the local people to provide donations for fuel supply.
Meanwhile, after the assurance of police officials, operation resumed again after half an hour delay. On the other hand, special committee headed by SSP Investigation Ghulam Muhammad has been formed to probe the blast.
