KARACHI: Sindh Local Bodies Minister Agha Siraj Durrani on Saturday terminated 31 workers including building control officers of three towns and ordered inquiry against more officials.

According to sources, town-building control officers of Saddar, Liyari and Liaqatabad and other staff have been were suspended.

Sources said Durrani directed Chief Controller of Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) Manzoor Qadir to initiate an inquiry against all those officials who were involved in illegal constructions.
