LAHORE: As many as 35 new patients of dengue fever have been detected in Lahore during the last 24 hours. Director Communicable Disease Control (CDC) Dr Zia-ur-Rehman told The News that 23 new patient were admitted to Mayo Hospital, 7 to Ganga Ram Hospital, 5 to Jinnah Hospital. He further said 3 dengue positive cases were detected at Rawalpindi. The spokesman further said five patients were under treatment in private hospitals.
