ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court adjourned on Thursday the hearing of PML-N chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s eligibility case till December 4, 2008
Meanwhile, Sharif brothers didn’t appear before the apex court today also.
A three-member bench, headed by Justice Mohammad Moosa K Leghari, heard the case of Sharif brother’s eligibility.
Justice Leghari, in his remarks, said, “Though our eyes and ear are close yet we are aware what is being said about us.” “We are human, not angels,” the judge commented.
Justice Legahari further said that Sharif brothers should consider the eligibility case as a legal matter.
“The court will start the hearing of the eligibility case if Sharif brothers don’t appear before the court in the next hearing,” the court warned.
It may be mentioned here that the court, in its last hearing, had ordered Sharif brothers to appear before the court.
Meanwhile, Mian Nawaz Sharif, in an interview given to Geo News, had refused to appear before the court.
