KHAR: Security forces killed nine militants during operation in Bajaur Agency on Thursday.

Sources said security forces pounded militants positions in Mamoon tehsil of Bajaur Agency. Jets were also used for bombardment. Nine militants including seven Uzbek nationals were killed during action.

Meanwhile, security forces targeting militants’ hideouts in Zorbandar, Sabagai and Nao areas of Nawagai from Agency headquarters Khar. According to reports, several hideouts have been destroyed during shelling.
