TEHRAN: Iran's official news agency is defending Tehran's stand over the controversial nuclear issue and says the country will ``continue its cooperation'' with the UN nuclear watchdog.

A report official news agency from late Wednesday says Iran has given the U.N. agency's inspectors access to its nuclear facilities.

It quotes Iran's nuclear official Mohammad Saeedi as saying this ``will continue in the future.''
